Our CCU can take 3-way calls between you and your insurance agent to help with any towing or scheduling needs. We will keep the insurance agent informed throughout the repair set-up process.
We will work with you if you require a tow. We ask pertinent questions on behalf of the tow company to schedule the tow to cut out an additional call you would normally have to make.
If you do not have a specific Gates Collision Centers location in mind, we can check on all the schedules for our locations to see which facility will be able to help you the quickest.
When you schedule an appointment, our CCU e-mails you a map to the specific location. Also, the CCU is ready to help if you get lost trying to locate one of our locations. Just call and we will give step-by-step instructions.
Our CCU handles any common questions you might have including questions about shop contact information, location hours, directions, towing assistance, deductible assistance, and replacement vehicles.
We can assist you by scheduling you at any of our locations for a repair or estimate.
To make things as convenient as possible, the CCU can email the Repair Authorization Form to you and, once you complete it and send it back, we can pass the form on to the correct location. As this form must be signed before the repair can begin, we help you avoid an extra trip to the repair center.
If the appointment is over a day away, our CCU will call you to remind you of your appointment (or e-mail you if you prefer).
