Leave Your Vehicle Today Replacement Vehicles Onsite
Whether you are referred to us by your Insurance Company or driving by needing an estimate, you can either leave your vehicle with us here today, or we can write you an estimate while you wait. We have free replacement vehicles standing by for your immediate needs.*
We Estimate Your Vehicle Damage While Keeping You Informed
After the estimate has been completed, a Gates Concierge Associate will call you to review the damages and answer any questions you may have prior to proceeding with the repairs. Your vehicle will then be transported via flatbed to one of our 10 nearby locations to begin repairs immediately.
We Manage The Entire Repair Process For You
Once the repair process begins at the shop, the Gates Concierge Associate will update you by phone, text, or email. If the repairing location identifies hidden damage on your vehicle, our associate will work directly with your insurance company.
We Administer The Quality Control Inspection
When the repairs are completed on your vehicle, it will go through a stringent quality control inspection by management. Post inspection, your vehicle will then be transported via flatbed back to the Janesville location for pick up.
Pick Up Your Vehicle Here
The Gates Concierge Associate will schedule a pickup appointment to go over the completed repairs and administer the National Lifetime Guarantee. You will leave your replacement vehicle with us.

*The rental vehicle cost will be taken care of by Gates if rental coverage does not exist on your Insurance Policy.
